We endeavour to dispatch in stock items within three working days and aim to have it with you within five working days for UK and US orders. EU deliveries may take longer depending on the destination. 

Cooler King bikes are always delivered by our white glove service. We load them on and we load them off, with no transfers or depots between leaving our house for your house.

Many of our ebikes are sold on a pre-order basis, sometimes months in advance, so please pay attention to the details of the delivery timeframe when making an order.
