Cooler King will of course replace or make right your purchase if it is faulty and honour all guarantees. Sometimes things go wrong with new tech and we will endeavour to make your enjoyment of your purchase as pain-free as possible.

We cannot take returns if the item is used, you don't want it any more or you've decided you no longer like it. (We may be able to find someone who will love it more and alleviate you of your ill decision though!).
